Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Handles the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly VAT Returns, Monthly Withholding Tax Returns on Compensation, Annual Information Return of Taxes Withheld on Compensation, and the Alpha List of Employees.
2. Handles the reconciliation of intercompany accounts, the preparation of statement of account for intercompany charges and the monthly reconciliation reports.
3. Reviews all Official Receipts and their related accounting entries and prepares the Cash Receipts Book.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Billing and Collection Assistant

Position: Sales and Marketing Supervisor

SUMMARY

Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.

2. Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.

3. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

4. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.

5. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS
