The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and management of the company’s email marketing campaign. The responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, lead generation, marketing strategy conceptualization, mailing lists creation and in-line testing and execution. Success will depend on the ability to drive best practices and meet critical service levels with a focus on high quality output and results.

This is a full-time home-based position.

Scope of Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize email marketing strategies and apply best practices in email marketing and delivery.

2. Manage the email frequency calendar and maintain the timely execution of all email marketing activities.

3. Analyze, monitor and communicate performance of email initiatives.

4. Track and monitor unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates.

5. Ensure spam regulation compliance (CAN-SPAM).

6. Apply email marketing and delivery best practices including appearance of subject lines, appropriate use of images and browser compatibility.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business field or similar area of study.

2. At least 2-3 years of experience directly related to email marketing.

3. Minimum 1 year working experience with email applications and/or email service providers.

4. Extensive knowledge in email development and deployment.

5. Experience in the application of various email marketing concepts, strategies, practices and procedures.
