Julius Ordonez is one of the few coaches
in Asia with Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, a title granted by
the International Coach Federation (ICF) - a renowned world-wide
organization of coaches - only to coaches who have established their
names in the field of coaching along the standards set by the ICF, and have
proven themselves worthy of such distinction.
Mr. Ordonez has helped develop a
culture of coaching in organizations in different industries, not only in the
